About the Authors...

NZweb

Nick Zelinger has been singing and playing in bands since high school. He has logged many miles (and years), traveling with bands playing Rock, Blues, Folk, Country Rock  - from the East Coast, the Midwest, to the Rocky Mountain region.

A singer/songwriter, he released three albums with the eclectic Folk/Blues/Rock group, Saxxon Woods in the Denver area.

Nick is a successful graphic designer, specializing in book design and production. (see www.nzgraphics.com).

After years of listening (and sharing) stories with fellow musicians about the trials, tribulations, funny and outrageous adventures, and frequent comments saying, "You should write a book!" - he decided to do just that.

"While I have my share of nightmare stories of being on the road, touring with bands - I've heard tales from other musicians that make your jaw drop. So I know that there is an endless supply of stories from musicians (and those in their orbit) the world over that I'm hoping they'd be willing to share."

That's what this web site hopes to achieve: to collect stories from musicians of all styles and backgrounds - sharing their experiences (both good and bad) - and hopefully revealing what we fellow players have in common.
